Catching Up

This summer I have had the BEST customers. They are beautiful and fun and really easy to photograph. It really has been great hanging out with all of you. So as my photography comes to an end for 2007 I thought I would post a few photos that never got blogged about this summer. . .  

Teacher Pam

I got to do a photo shoot with "teacher Pam!" Aren't her and her husband so cute?

She is the best swim teacher ever. She has a very unique method called "child save swimming." Most kids when they learn  to swim go through a scary phase where their confidence exceeds their ability. (We had a family friend that drowned that way, he was 5.) Teacher Pam teaches them the strokes, how to float, where the "safe" part of the pool is, and where the "danger" is. And she does really cool things like have the kids practice swimming fully clothed-shoes and all- so they aren't thrown if they fall into a body of water that way. Or enter the pool on a tricycle to teach them how to let go of things that are pulling them down. Her lessons are very short individual lessons that are every day for 2-3 weeks. Oh and she has a private pool in a gorgeous canyonesk backyard. It's so quiet and relaxing to watch the kids swim. If I were Oprah I would tell the world to send their kids to teacher Pam, she rocks!

My friend Kiran makes the most beautiful children. Here are her babies, aren't these two just scrumptious.

 

I love newborns. Love their wrinkles, little toes, new belly buttons, and tiny bums.

And sister gives me those perfect looks. Nothing posed about her. She is her own little girl.

They both could be models.
